We are an award winning design firm that is looking to add several key hires. Our NYC office needs to add a good portion of a new project team to work on a recently awarded project. We currently have needs for a Senior Project Manager/Associate, Senior Designer and Project Architects/Job Captains.
The initial project responsibility will be to bring a large scale international mixed use complex from the conceptual phase through design development. This complex includes mixed-use towers, a science + technology building and several other large scale institutional buildings. The proper candidates will have at minimum a BA, 5+ years experience (more necessary for senior roles) and must possess excellent all around design and technical skills (AutoCAD). Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary and significant large scale project experience is a must. Proficiency with Revit/BIM is a plus.
